REMOTE SCHOOL DAYS 2023-2024

Dear Families,

We have used all of our traditional snow days.  Moving forward, any further school cancellations will be  REMOTE days.  Please know that if your child does not attend zoom sessions and/or does not return a completed packet to school if they were unable to access zoom, they will be marked absent for the day.

The following information outlines what to expect on a remote day.

1. You will receive a schedule and zoom links from the teacher.

2. A snow day packet will be sent home for safe keeping. This packet should be used if you cannot access the internet OR if we have an unexpected snow day cancellation.

3. If we have any advance notice of a snow storm and potential cancellation may occur, we will send home a charged iPad with K-6 students to access their zooms from their teacher, specialists, special ed program, enrichment, interventions, etc. You will receive a REMIND letting you know the ipad has been sent.

4. We ask that ipads be returned to school the next school day.

5. If a snow day packet is used, we ask that it is returned the next school day. If it is not used because your child attended remotely, please keep the packet for a potential future snow day.

Materials are going home today.  Please feel free to reach out to your child's teacher with any questions.

Respectfully,

Mrs. Beaudet
